I am a Certified Archivist with a Masters from San Jose State, School of Library and Information Sciences. I've been at the same business archives my entire career. While we are an employee resource (not the general public) and have a strong business objectives focus, we still have many of the same mission of any archives - attracting donations and creating a great user experience while making sure we prioritize the allocation of our limited resources for highest ROI.
